Hi! I’m Sheila Halek, Owner and Chief Organizer of She Organized, Inc.
After spending over 18 years thriving in the corporate world, I developed a deep passion for helping others create order in their personal spaces. Years ago, I helped a co-worker declutter her office and saw how life-changing it was for her. Then I found NAPO and realized that Professional Organizing was a profession. I have never looked back.
My experience has shaped the heart of She Organized — providing hands-on organizing expertise and strategic tools to empower you to take control of your environment and improve your quality of life.
I’m a proud member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and NAPO Minnesota, where I currently serve as President of the Minnesota Chapter’s Board of Directors. I hold certificates in Residential Organizing, Household Management, Workplace Productivity, Life Transitions, and most recently, Move Management and Home Staging.
I’m happily married, a proud mother of two adult children, and a blessed grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren. In my free time, you’ll often find me reading, traveling, leading a prayer group or tackling a DIY project with my husband.
